Privacy policy

The short version

• The Naturally app checks your writing on your Mac. Your text is never sent to us or anyone else.
• If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and, if you choose one, your first language.
• We don’t sell your data or use advertising trackers.

The app

Naturally reads the text field you’re typing in through macOS Accessibility access, and checks it with grammar rules and an AI model that run on your Mac. Nothing you type is uploaded. The app never reads terminals or password managers.

To track your progress, the app keeps a learning log on your Mac with short snippets of the mistakes it found, your settings and your practice history. You can delete it at any time by removing the app’s folder in~/Library/Application Support/Naturally.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• your email address,
• your first language, if you pick one (it helps us decide which notes to write next),
• which form you used and when you signed up.

We use this only to email you about Naturally’s launch and early access. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to getnaturally.app@gmail.com.

This website

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is signing up. Turnstile looks at information about your browser and doesn’t use cookies for advertising. SeeCloudflare’s privacy policy.

The site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write togetnaturally.app@gmail.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll email people on the waitlist.
